We at Nishly Fashion House believe in delivering high quality and excellent service to our customers. Our commitment to rigorous quality checks ensures that each item surpasses industry standards before reaching your hands. We accept no returns only conditional exchanges are acceptable. In case, for whatsoever reason if you wish to return/exchange our products, then please, go through the following policy.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND FOR INDIAN ORDERS
· We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also contact us on +918080642642 to know more details about the product if needed.
· We provide only size exchange for non-customised products subject to availability. In case of non-availability we will issue an online store credit for the same. Please, note that exchange will be allowed only once per order.
· Exchanges/Returns will have to be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order. In case of failure to do so, orders will be not eligible for returns.
· Exchange handling fees will be applicable for all returns/exchanges.
· Online Store Credits issued will be valid for 8 months. Online store credit will be issued only for the amount of the exchanged product minus exchange handling fees and COD cost (if applicable). It will be issued only after we receive the product and it passes our quality check.
· Only products which are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in its original packaging are eligible for exchange/return. Products that are found to be worn, used, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
· Sale/Discounted items will not be eligible for exchange/return.
· Customised or altered products cannot be exchanged or returned. Pre-ordered products will also be considered customized products and will not be eligible for exchange/return.
· Special or urgent delivery orders will not be eligible for exchange/return.
· All exchanges and returns will be subject to approval and at the discretion of the management. Please allow us up to 10 working days from the date we receive your exchange items for us to be approved and processed for exchange or issuance of a credit note.
· Only domestic orders are eligible for exchange.
· International orders will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
· You may return any item purchased if you find it damaged, defective or sent by error. An unboxing video and images of the product are mandatory for the same. In such a case the customer will be fully refunded.
· Refunds will be processed within 15 working days once the return/exchange product is received and approved by us. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
· Exchange/Return for outfits ordered online will not be done at our retail store. They have to be done by contacting our online team only.
· Non-Valid exchange will be sent back to the customer and the said customer maybe blacklisted for future purchases.
· For COD there is no option for open delivery. Refusal of COD orders might lead to the customer getting blacklisted.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
· If the product is eligible for return/exchange, you may write to us at customercare@nishlyfashion.com or WhatsApp us on +918080642642 within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
· Once acknowledged by our team, please courier the product back to us. Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
· The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
CANCELLATION FOR INDIAN ORDERS
Please initiate a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing your order. To do so, request cancellations by sending us an email at customercare@nishlyfashion.com . Ensure that the email's subject line includes both the reason for cancellation and the order number.
Orders cancelled within the initial two-hour may be eligible for a credit note. This credit note will be valid for 8 months and processed within 7 to 10 days.
EXCHANGE, RETURN OR CANCELLATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud analysis department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Our team will intimate you in case a portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
In case of above circumstances, which are beyond our control, or any other situation leading to order cancellation, rest assured that a full refund will be issued, and neither party will incur any liability.
