We have a no-return policy. However, we offer exchanges for size-related issues, only for domestic orders, in non-customised products subject to the availability of the desired size. Additionally, if possible, we can provide alterations to help with fit. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit, please contact us, and we will assist you with the exchange or alteration process based on stock and availability.

 Please note that shipping the item back to us for an exchange is the customer’s responsibility, and all related shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Cancellations are only possible for domestic orders and must be made within two hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of cancellation, you will receive store credits for the order amount, which can be used for future purchases.
