We, at Nishly Fashion House, aim to make all commercial and reasonable endeavors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all products. Below is our detailed Shipping and Delivery Policy for both domestic and international orders.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Orders (Within India): Free shipping for all orders, regardless of order value.
International Orders:
Free International Shipping is available to the following countries for orders over ₹30,000 INR and for orders less than Rs. 30000 INR a flat shipping fee of ₹3,000 INR will be applicable:
- North America: USA, Canada
- Europe: UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland
- Middle East: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar
- Asia/Asia-Pacific: Srilanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand
- Other: Mauritius
For countries not covered by the free shipping offer, a standard shipping fee of ₹4,000 INR will be applied on the total order value, visible at checkout once the destination country is entered. Please note, the free international shipping offer is applicable only on non-discounted products.
Urgent Deliveries: Charges for urgent deliveries will be applied as per customer care guidelines upon request.
SHIPPING TIME AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All ready-to-ship products are processed within 1 - 3 working days and dispatched immediately after processing. The processing time for customized products will be communicated to you via Email or WhatsApp upon confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend upon the destination. For domestic orders, the estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 working days, while for international orders, it is 4 - 8 working days, both calculated from the date of dispatch.

Our orders are processed on weekdays i.e., from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays.
In case you book multiple products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Furthermore, we process to only one shipping address per order, therefore, in case, any customer places an order of several items to be shipped to different address(es), each address shall be treated as a separate order.
Order processing and delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or delays caused by customs clearance procedures for international shipments. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding in these situations are greatly appreciated.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared via Email/WhatsApp once your order is handed over to the courier.
DUTIES, TAXES, AND ADDITIONAL FEES
For international orders, duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country’s customs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local authorities and vary based on the country and the value of the goods.
